Ralph Horn earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with Specialization in Marketing from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP, in 1991. With more than 33 years of experience in the real estate market, he has expertise in mid-end to high-end residential, commercial, hotel and apartment developments in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. He started in the real estate market as a trainee in 1987, when he was 19 years old, at a company owned by his uncle Elie Horn, Cyrela – one of the largest companies in the sector –, and left it as a Development and Commercial Officer, after receiving a proposal to become partner and Development and Commercial Officer at Mac Construtora e Incorporadora, where he stayed for 16 years. He is a founding partner and indirect shareholder of the Company, and holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Ovadia Horn graduated with honors in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER, in 2013. He has been working in the real estate market for eight years. He worked in the Financial department and acted as New Business Manager at Mac Construtora e Incorporadora. He is currently an indirect shareholder of the Company, Chief Operating Officer, and sitting member of the Board of Directors.

Raphael Giannoni earned an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from IEEP – UNIP in 1994. He has a specialization degree in Construction Planning Techniques and Construction Company Management, and an MBA in Leadership and Management.

From 1.994 to 2.009, acted in the construction / management of many residential and commercial projects of mid-big companies, including R. Yazbek and Cyrela. From 2.009 onward, acted as Engineering Planning Manager at Cyrela, and, in 2016, he became an Corporate Planning Manager, also at Cyrela. In that same year he became the Lavvi’s Engineering Officer.

Sandra Esthy Attie Petzenbaum made her career with Cyrela for 24 years in financials and her last position was leading the treasury and credit departments, from MCMV (economic) to high-income. Sandra also acquired great experience in financial planning, controllership and back-office areas in the development sector. She is currently Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer.

Jean Horn holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), which he completed in 2019. He joined Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. in 2017 and has since worked across several areas of the Company, including Finance, New Business and Sales. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in real estate development processes, investment analysis, business opportunity sourcing and sales strategies. He currently serves as the Company’s Sales Director, responsible for managing its sales operations and leading the sales strategies for its developments.

Ana Paula holds a Law degree from FMU, a postgraduate qualification in Public Law from Faculdade de Direito Damásio de Jesus, and a specialization in Corporate Real Estate Law from Secovi-SP. She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. From 2010 to 2016, she served as Legal Coordinator at Mac Construtora e Incorporadora. In 2017, she joined Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A., where she served as Legal Manager until 2023, when she was appointed the Company’s Legal Director, a position she currently holds.

Daniella Sasson de Figueira has 25 years of experience in Finance and Controllership. She was CFO and Corporate Director at Even Construtora e Incorporadora and Finance Manager at Natura and Folha de São Paulo. She has also worked in multinational companies, such as General Motors and BASF. She earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from EAESP – Fundação Getúlio Vargas SP, a specialization degree in Administration from EAESP FGV and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. She is currently a partner and Vice President of Labi Exams, a startup in the health area founded in 2017.

Nessim Abadi earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the São Paulo Business Administration School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – EAESP-FGV. He has more than 13 years of experience in Private Equity at Pátria Investimentos. He has participated in M&A transactions in several sectors, such as construction, logistics, consumer goods and food and beverages, among others. At the beginning of his career he participated in the structuring and implementation of Veloce Logística, as the company’s Financial Planning Manager. After that, he was a CFO at Zipco Construction Solutions and a CFO at Açaí Frooty.

Rodolfo Tella began his career as an attorney at Banco Bradesco S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., where he worked in the Corporate Banking and Investment Banking practices from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, he joined Mattos Filho Advogados as an associate in the Capital Markets practice, where he remained until 2013. He subsequently joined Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão (BMA), serving as a senior associate from 2013 to 2017 and then as a partner in the Capital Markets practice from 2018 to 2019. He is currently a partner in the Capital Markets & Securitization, Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Companies & Corporate Governance, and Global Energy practices at Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown.

Roberto has been a professor in the master’s program at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões (URI) since 2025 and a professor of sustainable finance at Fundação Dom Cabral since 2023. From 2005 to 2026, he taught in the MBA, master’s and doctoral programs at Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos). He has served as a full member of the Fiscal Council of Lojas Renner since August 2020, an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Riosulense since 2024, and a member of the Advisory Board of Irmãos Andreazza Ltda. since 2025. He was a full member of the Fiscal Council of Zamp S.A. from 2022 to 2024 and from 2025 to 2026; an alternate member of the Fiscal Councils of Schulz S.A. and Plano & Plano S.A. from 2025 to 2026; a full member of the Fiscal Council of Coopersinos Saúde from 2022 to 2025; a member of the Board of Directors of Connectplug from 2018 to 2021; and a full member of the Fiscal Council of Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. from 2007 to 2011 and from 2014 to 2016. Since 2001, he has been a Managing Partner at Instituto Pantex de Pesquisa Ltda., providing consulting and training services in corporate governance, financial management and risk management. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the School of Management of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (EA/UFRGS), as well as a postdoctoral qualification in Finance from Université Grenoble Alpes. He also holds an ESG certification from CFA UK and a Fiscal Council Member certification from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).

Fernando has 30 years of experience, having held positions at leading companies such as Cyrela Brazil Realty, Cyrela Commercial Properties/SYN, Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and HSBC Banco Múltiplo. Throughout his career in the Brazilian real estate market, he has served as CFO and led FP&A and controllership functions. He has also established and managed investor relations departments; participated in M&A transactions and IPOs; and raised equity, debt—including debentures and Brazilian real estate receivables certificates (CRIs)—and capital through real estate investment fund units, totaling more than R$4.5 billion. He currently manages the portfolio of a group of companies and funds with approximately R$350 million in assets, real estate properties and equity interests under management. He is also a partner at a real estate consulting firm focused on the development of complex, multi-segment real estate projects. Mr. Bergamin holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP/FGV and postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, and in Finance from Greystone College in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Antônio holds degrees in Accounting and Law from the University of Southern Santa Catarina. He is an attorney, managing partner of Volpato Advocacia, and manager of the Piombino Dese Investment Club.

Thiago worked as an attorney at PLKC Advogados from 2008 to 2013, focusing on civil litigation, real estate law and contract law. He subsequently joined ZRDF Advogados, where he worked from 2013 to 2019, specializing in real estate and contract law. Since 2019, he has been a partner at Attilio da Costa e Albuquerque Advogados, focusing on real estate and corporate transactions, estate and succession planning, as well as civil and corporate litigation. He holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2004) and a postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedure from PUC-SP (COGEAE).
