To access the income report, available on the Itaú Digital Correspondence Portal, the custodian bank for Lavvi’s shares, follow these instructions:

1. Access the link correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br and register.
2. In the portal, click First Access.
3. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and founding date (Legal entity).
4. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you can’t find your phone or email number, call the Service Center at 3003-9285 for Capitals and Metropolitan Regions or 0800 720 9285 for other regions. Business hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Brasilia Time).
5. Enter the code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password.
6. That’s it, now you just need to log in with your CPF/CNPJ and the new password registered to access your documents. Income reports will be available in “my reports” – folder “2026”.
