Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda. (“Lavvi” or “Company”) develops and builds residential and non-residential mid-end, upper-mid-end and high-end properties in the capital city of São Paulo.

With operations in the city of São Paulo, our goal is to deliver a development that stands out in the region, either by choosing a prime location or building a unique product.

We also plan to enter the luxury real estate market, as we believe that it has great growth perspective, given that it is composed of people with higher purchasing power who value tailor-made real estate projects signed by international brands and designers, which give us higher profit margins.
